Baig & Sons

Our business, Baig & Sons, is situated at 17-3-1/2, Suryajung Palace in Yakutpura. It’s an old part of the city, and you can really feel the history when you walk through the lanes. The building itself has seen a lot of years. We’ve been working out of this space for a long time, and it feels more like a second home than an office. It’s a family thing, so there’s always someone related to someone else around. We handle our daily business amidst old walls and high ceilings. Yakutpura is a crowded place, but that’s part of its charm. There’s always a lot of noise from the street—scooters, people talking, vendors. Inside the palace area, it’s a bit different. We have our desks set up in a way that worked twenty years ago and we just kept it that way. We don't see the need for modern glass offices. We prefer the character of this place. We deal with our customers face to face mostly. It’s about being part of the local community. We drink a lot of chai and discuss the day's tasks. It’s a slow and steady way of doing things, but it’s worked for the Baig family for a long time now. We hope to stay here for many more years. It is just the way we like to do things.
