Vintage Building Systems

You can find us at House No. 4-114, right near the Gandimaisamma X Road. We are situated in Bahadurpally, literally right beside GM Hospital. If you see the hospital, you’ve basically found Vintage Building Systems. The office is a bit small and we have blueprints and samples scattered all over the place. It’s not the neatest looking office you’ll ever see, but we know where everything is. Being next to a hospital means there is always an ambulance or some traffic nearby, so it’s never really quiet. We spend most of our time looking at building plans or talking to folks about their construction needs. We don't use a lot of fancy words or try to sell people on things they don't need. It’s a practical business. We’ve been at this Bahadurpally location for a bit and we like being part of the neighborhood. The walls are a little thin, so we hear the street noise all day. We just drink our coffee and get through the paperwork. It’s a small team here. We don't have a big corporate manual. If someone walks in, we just talk to them like a neighbor. That’s how we’ve always done it at 4-114. It’s just us, some building supplies, and the busy road outside. No extra fluff, just the work we do every day. It's easy to spot our place because it is right there beside the hospital on the corner.
