B R C Poly Clinic

Our clinic is situated at H.No:1-2-31Gf in Old Alwal, Secunderabad. We are right on the ground floor, which is quite convenient for the older folks who come to see us and don’t want to climb any stairs. It is a small poly clinic, nothing like those massive corporate hospitals you see in the bigger parts of the city. We have a modest waiting area with a few chairs that have seen better days, and a small desk where we keep the patient records. Most of the time it’s pretty quiet, but during the mornings it can get a bit crowded with people waiting for their turn. We try to keep a steady pace, but sometimes a consultation takes longer than expected and the schedule gets a bit backed up. The staff here is just a few dedicated people who have been working together for years. We know most of our patients by their first names because they live just a few streets away. It’s a very local feel, and we like it that way. We don't have any flashy signs or digital displays in the window. It’s just a place where people can come when they are feeling under the weather or need a quick check-up. The rooms are plain and we keep things as tidy as possible given how many people walk through every day. It’s just a regular part of the neighborhood where we do our bit to help out.
