You can find us at Sabari Nilayam in Sanath Nagar, Hyderabad. We’re up in the penthouse, which is SRT 1011, Hno 7 2 1266. It’s not as fancy as "penthouse" makes it sound, but it’s a decent spot with a bit of a breeze. B M Kumar Associates is basically a group of us who work on various projects together. We’ve been in this part of Hyderabad for quite some time now. The area is pretty busy, so having an office a bit higher up helps with the noise from the street. We do a lot of paperwork and meetings throughout the week. Sometimes we have tea and just talk about the work that needs finishing. It’s a small office environment. We don't have a big HR department or corporate rules. We just get the work done. The 500018 area is home to us. We know the local shops and the best places to grab a quick lunch when we're busy. Most people who come to see us are looking for some help with their files or some advice on their projects. We try to be helpful without making things too complicated. The elevators in the building can be a bit slow some days, but we don't mind the wait. It gives us a chance to chat with the neighbors in the building. It’s just a normal workplace with normal people trying to do a good job every day for the community.
