Our office for B B R (India) Agricultural Private Limited is located in Bhainsa. We are at Plot No: 14, Sy.no 219/1/5, right on the Nirmal Road. This is up in Adilabad, which is a good distance from the state capital. The road outside is usually busy with trucks carrying goods back and forth. Our plot is quite large, which is good for an agricultural business. We have a lot of space to move things around. The building itself is sturdy and built for work, not for show. We spend our days tracking the seasons and making sure we have what the farmers need. In this part of Telangana, the weather dictates everything we do. When it rains, we’re busy. When it’s dry, we’re planning. The staff here is mostly local people from Mudhole and the surrounding villages. We speak the local language and keep things simple. There is a lot of dust from the road, so we are always cleaning the desks. We have a small kitchen area where we make tea for anyone who drops by. Most of our visitors are people we’ve known for years. We don't have a big marketing team or a fancy website. We just have this office on Nirmal Road and a bunch of files that tell us what needs to be done next. It is a slow and steady kind of life here in the 504103 area. We just focus on the agricultural tasks at hand.
