Ayan Comm Realty Private Limited is tucked away in SR Nagar, which everyone knows is one of the more crowded parts of Hyderabad. We are up on the fifth floor of Sai Sadan Apartments, specifically in Flat No. 503. The building is at H.No.30/A. It’s a bit of a walk up if the lift is acting up, which happens now and then. We mostly deal with commercial real estate around this area. SR Nagar has a lot of energy, and there is always something happening on the streets below. Our office is where we do all the planning and keep our records. It is a small place but it serves us well for what we need. We spend our mornings looking at listings and talking to people about shop spaces or office rentals. It is a lot of talking and a lot of walking around to show people different spots. We are not a giant corporation, just a small group of people who know this neighborhood inside out. Working from this flat for a good while has made us very used to the noise of the city. Straightforward and honest is how we try to be with everyone who comes through our door. There is always a lot of paperwork with commercial deals, so that takes up a big chunk of our afternoon. Keeping organized is the main goal. It's just us and our daily routine. We've been here a long time and don't plan on moving.
