Avr Thejas Infra Pvt. Ltd. is based out of Jubilee Hills, specifically H No 8-2-293/82/A/64 in Phase I. It sounds like a fancy area, and it is, but our office is pretty down to earth. We do a lot of work in infrastructure. This means we spend more time out at dusty construction sites than we do sitting in the air conditioning. Our desks are usually piled high with blueprints and site maps. There’s always someone coming in to talk about a project or a permit. Hyderabad is growing so fast, it feels like there’s a new building going up every day. We are part of that. We aren't a massive firm with thousands of employees. It’s a tight-knit group. We have our fair share of arguments over deadlines and materials. That’s normal in this line of work. Sometimes the rain delays everything and we have to deal with frustrated crews. We just try to keep things moving forward. The office is a bit cramped because we have so many files. We’ve thought about moving, but we like being in Phase I. It’s central for us. We don't go in for big presentations. We just show people what we've built and let that be it. It’s a lot of hard work and long hours, but seeing a project finish is a good feeling. We just keep building, piece by piece.
