Our place is at MSN House, C-24, in the Sanath Nagar Industrial Estate. It’s an industrial area, so it’s always loud with the sound of machines and trucks coming in and out. We build packaging machines here. If you walk into the shop, you'll see a lot of steel, some welding sparks, and probably a few guys with grease on their hands. It isn't a clean, white-glove kind of place. We focus on making sure the machines actually work when they get to the customer's factory. We’ve been at this for a long time. The office part is just a few desks tucked away from the main floor so we can hear ourselves speak when we are talking to clients about their bottle filling or wrapping needs. Sanath Nagar is a good spot for us because all the suppliers are nearby. If we need a specific part or some metal work done, we can usually find someone down the street who can help. It’s a community of makers and fixers. We don't have a marketing team or anything like that. Usually, people find out about us because they saw one of our machines running somewhere else and wanted one that lasts just as long. We just try to build things that don't break down easily and keep the business running steady without any unnecessary drama or fancy corporate talk.
