Rajshree Biosolutions Llp is located at Plot No 5 A/1, specifically in Block No 4 on Road No 5. It is a bit of a maze back here in the industrial blocks, so we usually have to give people directions over the phone. Our space is not very big, but we have enough room for our equipment and a few desks. We spend a lot of time looking at samples and checking on things in the lab area. It’s a quiet kind of work compared to the big factories nearby. Most of us here have a background in science, but we don't talk like textbook authors. We just talk about what’s working and what isn't. The office has a few posters on the walls and a lot of notebooks filled with data. We usually have tea together in the afternoon when things slow down a bit. Road No 5 can get quite dusty when the wind picks up, so we try to keep the windows shut. It is a simple setup without any corporate frills. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there; we just want to do our biosolutions work correctly. Every day is pretty much the same routine of testing, recording, and packing up for the day. It’s a small team and we all know each other well. We handle everything ourselves, from the technical stuff to answering the front door.
