Our office is in Hyderabad, specifically at 8-2-608/1/1 in Gaffer Khan Colony on Road Number 10, Banjara Hills. Banjara Hills is known for being a bit more upscale, but our corner of it feels pretty grounded. Gaffer Khan Colony is tucked away slightly from the main frantic energy of the shops. We handle export work, which mostly means a lot of time spent on the computer, dealing with customs forms and shipping schedules. The office itself is quite cozy. We have some old wooden furniture and a lot of filing cabinets that are probably overdue for a cleanup. It’s a small group of us here. We usually order in some biryani on Fridays, which is a bit of a tradition now. The weather in Hyderabad can be quite something, so we’re thankful for the old AC unit that keeps chugging along. We don’t spend money on fancy branding or big advertisements. Most of our connections come from people we’ve worked with for years. It’s a quiet kind of business. We just make sure the goods get to where they need to go on time. Sometimes there are hiccups with the shipping lines, and those days are a bit frantic, but usually, it’s just steady work. We like being in this part of town because it’s easy to get to, and it’s a nice place to walk around during a lunch break.
