Malakpet is an old part of the city with a lot of history, and we have been part of the local business scene here for a while. Having a flashy storefront isn't our thing; it’s just a practical place where we conduct our real estate business. Most of our days are spent talking to neighbors or people looking to move into the area. Dealing with various types of property involves a lot of back-and-forth with the local offices. It is a bit of a maze sometimes with the narrow streets and the busy traffic, but we know our way around the blocks. We keep our records on simple desks and spend time on the phone or meeting people for tea to discuss their needs. It is not a very formal environment at all.
