Astavision Events is based right in the heart of Abids, Hyderabad. If you know the 500001 area, you know how packed it gets with shoppers and traffic every single day. We are tucked away in a spot that lets us stay close to where all the action is. Working in events means we are usually running around more than we are sitting down. Our office is where we do the planning and the phone calls. It’s often a bit messy with notes and drawings scattered around because we are trying to visualize how a space will look for a client’s function. We deal with all sorts of requests, some simple and some that take a lot of head-scratching to figure out. It’s a local business through and through. We know the vendors around Abids and how to get things moved through the narrow streets when we have to. It's not a glamorous life like people think when they hear about events. It involves a lot of lifting, checking lists, and making sure the lights actually turn on when they are supposed to. We’ve been around for a while now, just doing our thing and helping people put together their gatherings. You won’t find any big corporate speeches here, just us trying to make sure the next event goes better than the last one. We might forget to tidy the desks sometimes, but we never forget a client’s date. It’s just us here, working hard and drinking too much tea while we plan.
