Asif Auto

We’ve been running Asif Auto here in Chintalment for a good while now. It’s just a regular shop where we look at cars and try to figure out what’s making that weird noise under the hood. Most people around here know where we are. It isn't a fancy place with a big waiting room or free coffee, but we have the tools we need to get things moving again. Sometimes it’s just a quick oil change and other times it’s something bigger that takes a couple of days. We spend a lot of time with grease on our hands. The neighborhood is busy, so there’s always someone dropping by. We try to be fair with how we work. If a part can be fixed, we fix it, and if it needs to be replaced, we say so. It’s just how things go here. Chintalment has been our home for the shop and we’ve seen a lot of different cars come through these doors. Some are old and some are newer, but they all need looking after eventually. We don’t have a big staff, just a few of us who know our way around an engine. We keep the doors open and just get on with the day's work as it comes. It's nothing special, just a local garage doing what garages do for the folks living nearby who need their transport sorted.
