Our office is on the first floor of Jain Estates, building numbers 396 and 397 in the Parklane area of Secunderabad. We’ve been here in Hyderabad for a while, right in the middle of all the bustle. Being in Secunderabad means things are always moving, and we try to keep up with the pace of the real estate world here. We deal with infra and estate stuff, mostly just the daily grind of seeing projects through and talking to folks about their property needs. The office isn't anything special, just a place where we sit and get the work done. You can find us at the 500003 pin code if you're ever around the Parklane side of town. It’s a busy street, so parking can be a bit of a pain sometimes, but we like being central. We are a small group, not some giant company with hundreds of employees. We just focus on what's in front of us. Most of the time it’s just sorting out documentation or checking on building sites. We don't really go for the high-pressure sales tactics. It's more about being honest about what’s available and what’s not. We’ve seen the city change a lot over the years from our spot on the first floor. It’s a decent place to work. We just do our bit in the local property market and try to keep things simple for everyone involved.
