Ashoka Timetronics

We are located over at 4-1-354/1/2, right across from the Reddy Boys Hostel. If you know Abids, you know it gets pretty packed, especially around Jaya International Lane. Ashoka Timetronics is just a small place we’ve had for a while. We spend most of the morning just sorting through different parts and making sure the clocks are actually showing the right time. It’s funny how often people come in just to ask for directions because of the hostel nearby. We don’t mind, though. The shop has a lot of wires and little gadgets scattered around. Sometimes the lighting isn’t the best, but we know where everything is kept. It’s not a corporate office with suit-and-tie types; it’s just us in our work clothes dealing with electronics all day long. The street noise is constant, but once you step inside, it’s mostly just the sound of us working on something or chatting with a neighbor. We usually have the radio on in the background, though half the time nobody is listening to it. We keep things pretty straightforward here. If something needs fixing or if someone is looking for a specific timer, we look through the drawers until we find it. It’s a bit cluttered, I guess, but it works for us. That’s just the way it is here in this part of town. Our neighbors are nice and we mostly just focus on getting the work finished.
