Aum Srisai Harsha Industry

Our little factory is at No. 1-10-122/17 in Ashoknagar. It’s a busy part of the city. There is always the sound of metal or machines going in the background. We make parts and different bits for other companies. It is a loud place and you have to yell sometimes to be heard. We have a few workers who have been with us for years. They know the machines better than I do. We keep a big water cooler in the corner because it gets very hot with all the equipment running. There are piles of raw materials near the door and finished boxes waiting to go out. We don't have a receptionist or a lobby. You just walk in and find someone. Sometimes the power goes out and everything goes quiet suddenly. Those are the times we just sit outside and have some tea. We don't spend money on fancy paint for the walls. We care more about the machines working right. Ashoknagar has a lot of small industries like ours so we have friends nearby. If we run out of a certain tool, we can usually borrow one from the guy next door. It’s a tough way to make a living but we enjoy the work. We just focus on the orders we have and try to get them done. The floor is usually covered in metal scraps but we clean up every Friday.
