Our company is Arvind Micro Electronics Pvt Ltd and you can find us at Plot No. 18 in the IDA Mallapur area. Mallapur is a busy industrial zone, so it’s full of warehouses and small factories like ours. Our plot has a decent amount of space, but we use every bit of it for our equipment and storage. It’s not a fancy office building; it’s a place where work actually happens. The floors are concrete and the ceiling is high to keep things from getting too hot in the summer. We have a small team here and most of us have been working together for quite some time. We don't really bother with big meetings or corporate talk. We just check the schedule and get to it. Sometimes the delivery trucks block the entrance, but that’s just life in an industrial estate. We’ve had this spot for years and seen the area grow around us. There are more shops and eateries nearby now, which is nice for lunch breaks. We don't spend money on glitzy decorations or marketing. We think it’s better to just keep our heads down and do the job right. It can get dusty and noisy, but that is the nature of the work we do. If you walk into Plot 18, you’ll find us busy with some task or another. We are just regular people making a living and keeping the business running as steady as we can.
