Arvika Construction Company

Arvika Construction Company is based out of an office in Bhagyanagar Colony, right across from KPHB in Hyderabad. We are up on the fourth floor, Flat No 402. It’s easy to find because we are near the Sai Baba Temple, which is a good landmark for anyone coming by. Since we do construction, the office is usually full of site drawings, rolls of blueprints, and some samples of tiles or bricks scattered around. It isn't the cleanest office in the world because we are always coming back from building sites with dust on our boots. We spend a lot of time on the phone talking to contractors and checking on material deliveries. Being on the fourth floor means we get a decent view of the colony, but mostly we are just looking at our schedules. Hyderabad is a busy city for building things right now, so there is always a lot of movement. We don't have a big staff, just enough people to keep the projects moving. Sometimes it gets stressful when weather delays things or workers don't show up, but that is part of the job. We aren't a big corporation with hundreds of employees. We are just a local construction team working out of a flat. We take our work seriously but we don't act like we are something we're not. It’s a lot of paperwork and a lot of time spent out in the sun. We try our best to keep things on schedule despite the chaos of the city.
