There’s a lot of dust from the road and constant noise from the construction nearby. We have our daily routine. There are morning meetings, checking the manifests, and then making sure the loaders are doing their bit out back. We don't use any big words to describe what we do. We just move things for people. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to sit and wait for the generator to kick in. It’s just part of life here. We’ve got a good group of people working here.
