Ark Builders

Our office for Ark Builders is on the 2nd Floor of Lumbini Towers, right across from NIMS in Panjagutta. It is a busy part of town, so the traffic outside is constant. We have a lot of papers and rolled-up plans sitting on the desks. People are always coming in and out, either workers from the sites or folks looking to talk about a project. We spend a lot of time on the phone or looking at those big drawings spread out over the tables. The office isn't very large, so it can feel a bit crowded when everyone is in at the same time. We have a view of the main road, which is mostly just a line of cars and buses. Sometimes we have to head out to the sites, so the office sits empty for a few hours except for the sound of the ceiling fan. We don't have anything fancy in here, just the basic chairs and some cabinets for all the files we have to keep. Dealing with construction means there is always some issue to solve or a material delivery to track down. We drink a lot of coffee while going over the numbers and making calls. It is a lot of coordination and trying to keep everything moving forward without too many delays. We just do our work and try to keep up with the pace of Panjagutta from this second-floor room.
