Arjun Plastics

Arjun Plastics is located at Plot 215/B in Phase 2 of Ida Cherlapally, Hyderabad. This whole area is packed with different factories and workshops, and we have been part of it for a long time. We deal with various plastic products and the building we are in is just a standard industrial unit. Inside, it is mainly taken up by the production machines and a large area for storing the finished goods before they are shipped out. We have been operating in Cherlapally for many years. It is a bit of a long commute for some of us, but we really like the community here. We don't have an HR department or any fancy management layers. If there is a problem with a machine or an order, we just stand on the shop floor and talk it out until it is fixed. Our daily work is pretty routine. We like to start early in the morning before the sun gets too high. Hyderabad summers can be really brutal, so we try to get all the heavy lifting done before it gets too hot inside the building. We don't really do any advertising or marketing. The people in this industrial estate just know who we are and what we do. We always keep a stash of tea and some biscuits for when neighbors stop by to catch up. It is a simple business and we like it that way.
