Archinland

Archinland is located in Satya Colony, which is in the Shaikpet area of Hyderabad. Our office is right on Seven Tombs Road. It is a pretty cool place to be because of all the history nearby, and we get to see the monuments every day on our way to work. We are a small team that focuses on architecture and land planning. Our workspace is usually covered in drawings, measuring tapes, and model pieces. We aren't a huge firm with a big HR department. It’s just us doing the actual design work. We spend a lot of time debating where a wall should go or how to make a space feel more open. We don't use a lot of fancy words to describe our style. We just try to make things that work for the people who will use them. The traffic on the road outside can be quite a mess sometimes, but we’ve learned to just work around it. We like being in Shaikpet because it feels like a real neighborhood, not just a bunch of offices. We’ve been here for a while and we know the local quirks. We don't do much in the way of promotion. Most of our projects come from people who have seen our work elsewhere and liked what they saw. We just keep our heads down and keep drawing. It’s what we know how to do.
