Down on Subzimandi Road in Jiyaguda, things get moving pretty early in the morning. Our place, ARCHANA CHITS PRIVATE LIMITED, is located at house number 13-4-239/10. If you are familiar with the Hyderabad area, specifically around Rangareddi, you know how packed these streets can get with vendors and shoppers. We have been operating from this spot for some time now. The building isn't anything special to look at, just a solid brick structure that keeps the rain off our heads while we work. Inside, it is mostly just desks, chairs, and a lot of registers. We deal with people from the neighborhood who come by to check on their chits or make a payment. It gets a bit hot in the afternoons, but we have some fans going to keep the air moving. Jiyaguda has its own character and we are right in the middle of it. Most of us who work here live not too far away, so we walk or take a bike in. We don't have a fancy lobby or anything like that. It is just a room where we get the job done. Every day is about the same routine of opening up, cleaning the dust off the tables, and waiting for the local folks to drop in. It is a simple setup on a busy road. There is always noise from the street, but you get used to it after a few days.
