ARC Associates

Our office is right there at the X Road in Ashok Nagar. If you know where Victoria Cafe is, we are just beside it. It’s a busy spot with lots of traffic and people grabbing tea next door. We’ve been running ARC Associates from this location for some time. It's mostly just us working through drawings and meeting folks who need things built. The space isn't huge, but it fits our desks and all the papers we end up piling up. We spend a lot of time on site too, not just sitting here. Ashok Nagar has changed a lot over the years, but we’ve stayed put. Sometimes the noise from the street gets a bit much, but we're used to it. We deal with all sorts of building projects. It’s a lot of coordination between different people. We try to keep things simple and get the work done without too much fuss. Most days start with a cup of tea from nearby and then looking at whatever project is on the desk. People drop in to ask questions or check on their plans. We don't have a big reception or anything like that. It’s just a practical workspace where we can focus. We’ve seen many businesses come and go around here, but we just keep going with our usual routine. It’s a steady way to spend the week.
