Apricity Realty Llp is based at 6_3_456/A/20/402 in the Maruthi Grandeuer Apartments. We are located in Dwarakpuri Colony, which is part of the Punjagutta area. It’s a central spot to be in. We handle real estate work from our office here. It’s a regular apartment that we’ve converted into a working space. We don't have a lot of fancy signs or corporate branding. Most of what we do at Apricity Realty Llp is just talking to people and helping them navigate the local property market in Punjagutta. Dwarakpuri Colony is a nice place to work from, and being in Maruthi Grandeuer makes it easy for folks to find us. We spend a good chunk of our day on the phone or doing the administrative side of things. It’s not always fast-paced, but there’s usually something that needs our attention. We don’t really do big marketing campaigns. We prefer just working with people who come to us through word of mouth. The office can get a bit cluttered with all the property files, but we know where everything is. We take things as they come and try to be practical about the advice we give. Being in Punjagutta means we are right in the heart of things. It’s a way to make a living and we enjoy being part of the local scene. We just keep doing what we do every day.
