Our office is located in Resham Bagh, right near the Golconda Fort area. We operate out of Door No 9-10-56/28/1. Mr Mohd Akber started things here a while ago, and we’ve just kept going from this same spot. Being so close to the fort means we see a lot of tourists and heavy traffic passing by on the main way, but our specific street is a bit more tucked in and quieter. We do a lot of our consulting and planning right here at these old desks. It’s a practical setup with plenty of rolls of drawings and stacks of site reports lying around in various corners. The building isn't brand new, but it’s sturdy and it serves our needs well. We usually have a few people coming in to talk about their building plans or to ask about some architectural details for their homes. It’s a busy environment most of the time. We don't really go for the high-end office look with glass walls; it’s more about having enough space for the drafting tables and the computer setups we use. Sometimes the power fluctuates a bit in this area, but we’ve got that mostly handled. Working in Golconda gives the place a bit of history, and we like being a part of this local neighborhood. We’re usually here from early morning until late evening, especially when a big project deadline is coming up. It’s just us doing the work we know how to do, right here in Hyderabad.
