Anz Events & Promotions

Anz Events & Promotions is based on the first floor of a building in Chirag Ali Lane. We are right in the middle of Abids, which is a really busy part of Hyderabad. Being near the Mercure Hotel means we are always around a lot of activity. We do a lot of corporate-style promotions and small event setups. It’s a small team here, and we’ve been working together for a few years now. Our space is mostly used for storing promotional materials and having quick meetings before we head out to a client site. We do a lot of running around, making sure banners are printed correctly and that the staff for the promotions know what they are doing. It can be stressful when deadlines are tight, but that’s just how this business is. We try to be as practical as possible with our clients. We tell them what will work in the space they have and what won't. Sometimes the weather in Hyderabad doesn't cooperate with outdoor events, so we've learned to always have a backup plan. We aren't a big corporate office; we're just people who know the Abids area well and how to get things done here. Most of our day is spent coordinating with different vendors across the city to make sure everything lands in the right place at the right time. We just try to stay organized.
