Our place is located over on Nanakramguda Road, right near Khajaguda. If you know the Sy No. 8 and 163 area, you've probably passed us many times. We deal with fertility treatments here. It’s a serious kind of workplace, but we try to keep things relaxed for everyone who walks in. The traffic around Cyberabad can be a real headache in the evenings, so we usually see more people coming in during the early morning hours. We’ve got a team that handles the medical side of things while the rest of us take care of the desk work and the cleaning. It’s a big enough space for what we do, with several rooms for consultations. We spend a lot of our time on the phone or looking at patient charts. Sometimes the internet goes a bit slow, which makes the digital paperwork take way longer than it should. We aren't trying to be the biggest or most famous place in Hyderabad, just a reliable one where people can come without feeling overwhelmed. The building itself is pretty modern compared to some of the older spots around the city. We see couples from all over Telangana. They come in, talk to the doctors, and we help them through the various steps. It’s a lot of routine. Check-ins, blood tests, and then waiting for the results to come back from the lab. We try to keep the waiting room tidy, though it often gets messy by the late afternoon.
