Anji Safety Nets

Our shop is located at 2-2-1055/84/A in Pochamma Basthi. If you know the Sri Ramana Theater in Amberpet, we are just a short walk from there. It is a very lively area with people always moving about and the smell of street food in the air. We focus on putting up safety nets for homes and sometimes for small playgrounds. It is a lot of manual labor, tying knots and making sure everything is pulled tight so it doesn't sag over time. My hands have gotten pretty rough from handling the nylon all day, but you get used to it. We keep our supplies in a small room that is basically overflowing with rolls of green and white mesh. We don't use any high-tech machinery. It is mostly just us with our tools and a steady foot on the balcony edge. We’ve seen all kinds of buildings around here, some old and some brand new. We try to be fair with everyone who comes by. Often, we are out on the bike with big rolls of netting strapped to the back, weaving through the Amberpet traffic. It probably looks a bit strange to people passing by. We aren't a big corporation with fancy uniforms. We just wear what is comfortable for climbing. It gets quite humid here, so we do our best to finish the outdoor work before the sun gets too high in the sky. We are just regular people doing a practical job for our neighbors in the community.
