We started Anjaniputhra Manpower Consultant a while back in the Kachiguda area of Hyderabad. It’s right near the old Tourist Hotel at Door No 3-4-27/2. Most people around here know where that is because it's a local landmark. We help businesses find people to work for them. It sounds like a simple job but it actually takes a lot of time to find the right person who is actually going to show up and do the work. Hyderabad is a busy place and companies are always looking for more help. We spend our days talking to folks looking for jobs and companies that have openings. Sometimes it’s for a small office, other times it's more manual labor. It's just a small team of us here in the office. We don't have a fancy corporate space or anything like that, just some desks and chairs where we can sit and talk to people. We’ve lived in this part of Hyderabad for a long time, so we know the city pretty well. The traffic around Kachiguda can get really bad in the evenings, especially near the hotel, but it's a good central spot for us to be. People often just drop by with their resumes or to ask if anything is available today. We try our best to keep track of everyone who comes through. It’s not always easy keeping everyone happy. We just do our bit to get people to work. If you're walking past the hotel, you'll see our sign out there.
