Andhra Pradesh Industrial Infrastructure Corporation Limited

We are located on the 6th floor of Parisrama Bhabvanam. It’s on Fateh Maindan Road, right in the middle of everything. Working for the Andhra Pradesh Industrial Infrastructure Corporation Limited means a lot of meetings and even more documents. The elevators in this building can be a bit slow, especially in the mornings when everyone is trying to get to their floor. Our office is pretty standard. Lots of grey desks, computers that have seen better days, and stacks of maps and plans everywhere. We spend a lot of time looking at land details and infrastructure projects. It’s not exactly exciting, but it’s necessary work. People come here to talk about factories and industrial parks. We listen, take notes, and try to keep things moving through the system. Sometimes the air conditioning is too cold, and other times it barely works. That’s just how it is in an old building like this. We have a small pantry where we drink a lot of coffee to stay awake during the long afternoons. Outside, the traffic on Fateh Maindan Road is always loud. You can hear the horns even up here on the sixth floor. We aren't doing anything glamorous. It’s just about getting the utilities and the roads sorted for businesses. We’ve been here a long time and the walls are covered in old photos and charts. It's just a regular office with people trying to get through their to-do lists. It keeps us busy.
