We are based at Plot No 2, Phase-5, in the Ida Jeedimetla industrial area. It’s a very busy part of the region, with factories and workshops all around us. We work with polymers and plastic materials. The facility is basically a large shed with a small office area at the front. It’s a loud place because the machines are running for most of the day. We’ve been in Jeedimetla for many years now, and we’ve seen the industrial estate grow and change. Our team is quite small, and most of the guys have been with us since the beginning. They know the machines inside and out. It’s not a clean, air-conditioned office job. There is a lot of dust and the smell of raw materials is always present. We spend our time checking the quality of the batches and making sure the machines are maintained. We don't really have a sales pitch or any marketing materials. People usually find us through word of mouth or because they need a specific type of polymer product. We have a lot of trucks coming in and out throughout the day, which keeps the loading area busy. It’s a very practical, hands-on business. We value the hard work of our staff and the relationships we have with our regular buyers. Some days are long, especially when we have a big production run, but we just get on with it. It's how we've always operated.
