Our catering spot is tucked away behind the Ramalayam in Boudha Nagar. You have to look for the building at 12-11-1410/1 in the Warasiguda area. It’s a local neighborhood, and we’ve been part of it for a long time. Our kitchen isn't very big, but we manage to cook for quite a lot of people. Every morning starts with the sound of knives on cutting boards and the smell of spices. We don't have a team of chefs in tall hats. It’s just us and a few helpers who know how to cook the way families do at home. We mostly do food for local functions and small gatherings. People around here know us because we’ve probably catered a wedding or a birthday for someone they know. We don't have a website or do any big marketing. Most people just walk in or call us because they heard the food was decent. Sometimes the delivery truck gets stuck in the narrow streets, but we always find a way to get the food out. We aren't trying to be the biggest in town. We just want to make sure the salt is right and the food is hot when it reaches the table. It is a busy life, but we like it that way. We spend our evenings getting ready for the next day, making sure the ingredients are fresh and everything is set.
