Real Estate Hub

We are located on the 4th floor of a building in Amberpet, at office number 402. Real Estate Hub is just a small operation with a few of us working here. The elevator in this building has a mind of its own, so we often end up taking the stairs when it gets stuck. Our office has a couple of desks and some old maps of the Hyderabad suburbs pinned up on the walls so we can keep track of things. We spend most of our time looking through property papers and talking to people who want to buy or rent a place in the area. Amberpet is a very busy and crowded part of town, so there is always a lot of movement on the streets below. We don't have a team of fancy sales agents in suits or anything like that. We just wear our normal clothes and talk to our clients like they are our neighbors. Most days, the desks are covered in half-empty tea cups and piles of documents that need to be signed or filed away. We’ve seen the land prices go up and down over the years, and we just try to stay on top of the changes. It isn't a glamorous job, but it is interesting to see the city grow and how families find new homes. We don't use any high-tech apps; it’s mostly just our notebooks and a lot of walking around to check on sites ourselves.
