If you ever find yourself on the Mumbai Highway Road near Kukatpally, you might come across us. Amba Furnitures & Interiors is situated at 1/42 Chayamina Enclave in A S Raju Nagar. It’s a busy stretch of road, so there’s always a lot of dust and noise, but that’s just how it is around here. We spend our days surrounded by wood, fabric, and tools. The shop is usually a bit of a mess because we’re always in the middle of something, but we know where everything is. It’s not one of those fancy showrooms you see in malls. It’s a real workshop where things actually get built and fixed. We’ve been in Chayamina Enclave for a good bit now, and we’ve seen Kukatpally grow like crazy. The highway road is always jammed, but it means people are always passing through. We don’t spend much time on fancy talk; we’d rather let the work we do speak for itself. You’ll find us at the enclave most days, probably covered in a bit of sawdust or moving heavy furniture around. It’s tiring work, but it’s what we know how to do. We like being in A S Raju Nagar because it feels like a place where people actually get things done. We just keep our heads down and keep working at 1/42. It gets hot in the afternoons, but we just keep the fans going and finish the orders that come in.
