Amaze Property Management Solutions Private Limited is based out of the second floor of High Mark Chambers. You can find us right at Khajaguda X Road in the Cyberabad part of Hyderabad. Being in Telangana, we see a lot of changes in the city every day. Our office at 8/199/2 isn't huge, but it's where all the property management stuff happens. We spend a lot of time dealing with maintenance issues, talking to tenants, and making sure buildings are looked after. It’s a lot of coordination and phone calls. Sometimes the traffic at Khajaguda X Road makes getting to the office a bit of a challenge in the mornings, but once we’re in, it’s straight to work. We aren't trying to be some giant corporation; we’re just a group of people trying to keep properties running smoothly. It gets loud outside with all the construction and cars, but that’s just Hyderabad these days. We keep our files organized on the second floor and try to stay on top of the list of things that need fixing or checking. People ask us how we handle the stress of property management, and honestly, you just take it one day at a time. Some days are quiet, others feel like everything is breaking at once. We just do our best to stay practical and solve problems as they pop up at the office. We are just regular people doing a regular job.
