Our factory is located at D-47 in Phase IV of the Jeedimetla industrial area. If you’ve ever been around here, you know it’s a place where real work happens. It’s loud, it’s hot, and there’s always the smell of metal and machinery in the air. We do die casting, which is basically melting down aluminum and pouring it into molds. It’s a tough job and not very clean. We don’t spend much time in the office part of the building. We’re usually out on the floor where the furnaces are. Most of the guys here have been doing this for a long time and they have the scars and the grease under their fingernails to prove it. We ship our parts to a lot of different places, even the USA and KSA, but we don't really think about that much. We just focus on the pour we’re doing right now. The expansion area is a little less crowded than the older parts of IDA, but it’s still a busy place with trucks coming in and out all day. We don't have a HR department or a PR firm. If there’s a problem, we just talk it out on the floor. It’s honest, physical work. We show up, we do our shifts, and we make sure the quality is decent before the parts go into the crates. It’s just how we operate here.
