Altech

Altech is based in Jamuna Towers, specifically at No. 211 in Malakpet. We have been operating out of this office for a while now. It’s a busy building with a lot of different businesses. We handle technical stuff and repairs. Our desks are usually covered in wires, tools, and parts that we are working on. It’s not the neatest office you’ll ever see, but we know where everything is. Malakpet is a central area, so it’s easy for people to reach us. We spend a lot of time looking at screens or fixing hardware. It’s quiet work mostly, except for the hum of the computers. We don't have a big front desk or a receptionist. If you walk in, you’ll probably just see us busy at our workstations. We started small and stayed that way because it's easier to manage. We aren't interested in becoming a huge company. We just want to do our job well every day. Sometimes the elevators in Jamuna Towers are slow, so we take the stairs. We know many of the other people in the building. It’s a nice community of workers here. We don't use any complicated jargon when talking to people. We just explain what’s wrong and how we can fix it. It’s a practical business for practical problems. We are just here doing our bit in Malakpet. Most of our work comes from people nearby who need their gear fixed quickly.
