Our place is out in Phase II of the IDA Cherlapally area in Hyderabad. It’s Plot 120/7, right in the heart of the industrial estate. It can be a long drive out here depending on where you're coming from, but this is where all the action is for electronics manufacturing. The building is a standard industrial shed, nothing flashy, but it’s got plenty of space for our equipment and parts. We have a crew that comes in early every day to get things started. The heat in Hyderabad can be pretty intense, so we try to keep the work floor as cool as we can. We deal with various electronic assemblies and parts. There’s always a lot of loading and unloading going on at the front gate. We don't spend much time on social media or marketing. Most of our work comes from long-standing relationships with people who know we get the job done. We just keep our heads down and focus on the day-to-day tasks. The canteen nearby is where most of us end up for lunch. It’s a practical, hardworking environment. We don't have any fancy mission statements or anything like that. We just make the products and ship them out when they're ready. It’s been our routine for a long time now. Even when the schedule gets tight, we just keep pushing through until the trucks are loaded and the floor is clear for the next batch of work.
