We are located on the ground floor of the Shoba Pavani Complex, right across from D D Hospital in Vidya Nagar. It’s a busy little corner of the world, especially with all the people coming and going from the hospital and the shops nearby. Our office, at units 26 and 31, is usually buzzing with the sound of phones ringing and the printer going off. We handle a lot of the logistics stuff that people don’t really think about until they need something moved from point A to point B. There are boxes piled up in the corner and maps pinned to the wall that have been there for years. The staff here is small, just a handful of us who have been working together for a long time. We don't have a fancy lobby or a receptionist in a suit; you just walk in and talk to whoever is at the desk. Sometimes it gets a bit messy with all the waybills and delivery notes, but we have our own system that works for us. The coffee machine in the corner is probably the most used thing in the office, especially during the long afternoons when we’re tracking shipments. We try to be straightforward with everyone who calls. If a truck is stuck in traffic or there’s a delay at the warehouse, we just say so. It’s a lot of coordination and making sure the drivers know where they’re going. It’s just a normal day’s work for us.
