Alpha Building Services

Our office is tucked away in Babu Khan Estate, up on the 15th floor. It’s room 1506. Basheerbagh is a hectic place to work, honestly. The lifts in this building have a mind of their own sometimes, so you have to be patient if you are coming up to see us. We have been doing this building services work for quite some time from this same spot. The desks are covered in old files and maintenance schedules. It’s a bit of a maze in here. We deal with plumbing issues, electrical stuff, and general upkeep for various properties. Most of the day is spent on the phone coordination with the site teams. Sometimes the tea lady comes by and that is the highlight of the afternoon. Looking out the window, you can see a lot of the city, which is nice when things get stressful. We don’t have a big fancy reception area or anything like that. It’s just a working office with people typing and talking. The traffic down on the road is always loud, but we’ve gotten used to it. We try to stay on top of the requests that come in, though some days are just busier than others. It’s a solid place to work from and being in Basheerbagh means we are central to everything. We keep it simple and just focus on getting the work done.
