Even though the name mentions Bahrain, we are actually operating from Shali Banda in Hyderabad. Specifically, you can find us at H.No. 20-6-319. Being in this part of the city is interesting because it’s always lively and full of energy. This office is part of a larger group, but on the ground here in Andhra Pradesh, it’s just us doing the day-to-day work. We handle various tasks that come through from the main international branch. It’s a lot of coordination and making sure the local operations match up with what’s expected. The building we are in is older, with that classic Hyderabad feel to it. Sometimes the internet acts up, or the power goes out, and we just have to wait it out like everyone else in the neighborhood. We don’t have a lot of corporate jargon or polished presentations. It’s just people sitting at desks, making sure the business keeps running smoothly. We talk to people from all over, but we still have our local lunch from the stalls nearby. It’s a mix of big-scale operations and very local, everyday life. We’ve been here at this address for a while now and have become part of the local scenery. It’s a busy place, and there’s always a bit of chaos, but we manage to get through the work eventually.
