The market is always buzzing with people and traffic. We focus mostly on the pilgrimage trips, which is why we chose this name. It's a busy life. People come in with their families to talk about their plans. We sit around the table and figure out the dates and the paperwork. It’s a lot of responsibility to get these things right. We don't have a big fancy lobby, just a place to sit and talk. The street outside is loud but inside we try to get things done. We handle the visas and the flights and the hotels. It’s practical work. We know most of the people who come in, or at least we know their families. That's how it works in this community. We aren't trying to be some huge international company. We just want to make sure the trips go okay for everyone. Sometimes we stay late when there’s a lot of work to finish. The market area has everything you need, so people stop by while they’re out running errands. We just keep our doors open and do what we do every single day. We try to keep things clear and honest with everyone. It's a lot of paper and phone calls but we are used to the rhythm by now.
