We have been operating out of Plot No. 39 in Rajeev Nagar for several years now. Being based in Yousufguda means we are right in the middle of a very busy part of Hyderabad. Our office is a simple place where we manage various infrastructure projects. It’s not fancy at all, just desks, a lot of blueprint rolls, and some old chairs for when people come to talk business. Most of our days are spent coordinating with site supervisors or trying to figure out where a delivery of cement has gone. The traffic in this neighborhood can be quite a mess, so we usually try to get into the office early before the roads get blocked up. Some days are incredibly hectic with everyone shouting over the phone, and other days we just sit quietly and update our ledgers. The summer heat really hits the office hard because our cooling isn't the best, but we just get on with it. We’ve seen a lot of changes in the local construction scene lately. It seems like there is always a new building going up nearby. We focus on our own work and try to stay on top of the different site requirements. It’s a lot of coordination and making sure the labor shows up on time. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. We just do the work we get and try to keep things moving forward.
