Akems Group Event Management

Akems Group Event Management is based in Madhapur, specifically at Flat 401 in Madan Monty Residency. We are over in Sai Nagar, which is quite close to the Madhapur Petrol Pump. Madhapur is always moving, so we are in a very active part of the city. We work on managing different kinds of events. It involves a lot of sitting at the computer and then a lot of running around the venue. We try to keep things organized so nothing falls through the cracks. It’s not always perfect, but we put in the effort. We’ve been in this building for some time now. Dealing with vendors and schedules is what fills up our days. Sometimes the deadlines are tight and we have to work late. We don't really have a polished corporate vibe. We’re just a team trying to make sure the events we handle go okay. People in Sai Nagar know the residency. We mostly get our work from people who have seen what we do before. It’s a lot of back-and-forth communication. We just stay focused on the logistics. Being near the petrol pump makes it easy to give directions to people coming to see us. We just keep doing our thing here in Madhapur and try to stay on top of the work. Every project has its own set of problems, and we just solve them as they come up.
