Akarshita Clinic

Akarshita Clinic is situated right near mamtahighschool in the Viman nagar colony. Specifically, we are in the Balamrai-Rasoolpura area. Being so close to a school means we hear the sounds of kids playing at recess and the bells ringing throughout the day. It’s a fairly lively part of the colony to be in. Our clinic is small and kept very simple. We mostly see the neighbors and the families who live within walking distance of the school. We handle general health stuff, like common colds or small injuries. If you've got a cough that won't go away, you come see us. The waiting area only has a few chairs and some posters on the walls about basic health. We don’t always have someone sitting at the front desk, so sometimes you have to wait a minute for a nurse to come out from the back. It’s just how we run things here. We’ve been in this exact spot for a while and have watched the kids from the school grow up into adults. But the clinic stays mostly the same as it always was. We keep our records in old metal cabinets and try to stay as organized as possible. It’s a humble place, and we aren't trying to pretend to be a big city hospital. We are just a local clinic for the folks around Balamrai-Rasoolpura. We like the connection we have with the people. It’s a steady rhythm from morning to evening.
