Akansha Caterers

We are Akansha Caterers and we work out of our place at 12-11-178 in the Brahmana Basti area of Warasiguda. This isn't a fancy office or a big restaurant; it’s mostly a large kitchen where we prepare food for events. We’ve been doing this for years, cooking for weddings, birthdays, and small family gatherings around this part of the city. It’s a lot of hard work, starting very early in the morning to get the vegetables chopped and the spices ground up. You can usually smell what we’re cooking from the street outside. We don't have a sales team or a fancy website. Most of our business comes from people who have eaten our food at a neighbor's house and liked it. We use big metal pots and traditional ways of cooking because that’s how we know the food will taste right. During the busy season, the whole place is a bit of a mess with crates of ingredients and people running around, but we always manage to get the food delivered on time. It’s a family business, and everyone chips in when there’s a big order to handle. We don't go for complicated menus with things nobody can pronounce.
