Ajith Karthik Works

Down at Plot No 251 in Navodaya Colony, things are always a bit loud. Ajith Karthik Works is basically a workshop in Phase 5 of Cherlapally where we spend our time fixing things and putting parts together. You can usually find us covered in grease or some kind of metal shavings by noon. The machines we use are old, but they still get the job done if you know how to talk to them. Sometimes the overhead lights flicker, and we keep saying we’ll fix it, but there’s always more work to do first. Cherlapally is an industrial kind of place, so nobody really minds the noise we make. We have a small fan that mostly just moves the hot air around, but it’s better than nothing. My brother Ajith handles most of the technical stuff while I try to keep the paperwork from flying off the table. We don’t have a fancy waiting room or anything like that. If a customer comes by, they usually just stand near the workbench while we finish up what we’re doing. It’s practical work for practical people. Telangana-500051 is the pincode, but most people just know us as the shop near the end of the lane. We don't promise anything we can't do, and we don't try to look like a big corporation. We’re just local guys working with our hands and trying to do a decent job every day.
