Ajay & Co. is located right across from the telephone exchange in Nagulapalli. Our address is 1-107, and it’s a spot most people in the neighborhood know well. We’ve been here quite a while. It’s not a big operation, just a handful of us working together. We handle various supplies and local needs. Usually, the day starts with a lot of noise because of the traffic near the exchange. We don't have any big signs or bright lights. Most people just walk in because they saw the door open. We spend a lot of time on the phone or talking to people who drop by. The desks are cluttered with invoices and old notebooks. It’s a bit of a mess, but we know where everything is. We don't try to sound like a big city company because we aren't. We're just local people doing business in Nagulapalli. Sometimes the internet is slow or a delivery gets delayed, and we just have to deal with it as it comes. We don't use any fancy scripts when we talk to people. If we can help, we do. If we can’t, we say so. It’s a straightforward way to run things. We’ve seen the area change over the years, but we’ve stayed in this same spot. It’s just home for us. We keep the shop open late sometimes if there’s work to finish, but mostly we just stick to a regular routine and hope for the best.
