Ahlada Group

You can find the Ahlada Group over on Balkam Pet Road in the SR Nagar area. It’s a pretty active part of the city with a lot of shops and small businesses crammed together. We’ve been operating from this building for a good while. Our office isn't anything you’d see in a magazine. It’s just a workspace with some old desks and a few computers that have seen better days. We handle various business tasks and projects, but we don't make a big song and dance about it. It’s just about showing up every morning and dealing with whatever is on the desk. The team is small, and we’ve all known each other for years, so it’s a very relaxed atmosphere. We don't have a human resources department or any of those corporate rules. We just work together to get the jobs finished. SR Nagar is a place where everyone is trying to make a living, and we feel right at home in that environment. Sometimes the power goes out or the street outside gets blocked by a delivery truck, but that’s just life here. We don't have a mission statement on the wall. We just have a calendar and a list of things to do. It’s a practical, honest way of working. People know where we are if they need to talk to us. We’re just a local group doing our thing in a busy neighborhood.
